Section 1: Right to Withdrawal

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via an explicit declaration by sending an email to info@setaracosmetics.it.

Section 2: Return Procedure

Once you've notified us of your intention to return an item, please send the product back to us within 14 days. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories intact. Failure to do so may result in a partial refund.

Section 3: Refunds

Upon receiving the returned goods, we will inspect the items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed without undue delay, and funds will be returned via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Section 4: Deductions and Charges

Refunds will be issued in full, excluding delivery costs and any cash-on-delivery charges incurred. However, if the goods returned show signs of damage or use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, you may be liable for diminished value, as permitted by Italian law.

Section 5: Non-Refundable Items

Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, such as personalized or custom-made products. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.
